Аннотация
Актуальность. Традиционные игры с правилами, такие как казахская «Асық ату», обладают значительным, но малоизученным потенциалом в развитии метакогнитивной регуляции у дошкольников, особенно в контексте культурно-отзывчивой педагогики Центральной Азии. Восполнение этого эмпирического пробела важно для создания малозатратных и этнокультурно релевантных инструментов поддержки ранних метанавыков, определяющих готовность к обучению математике и естествознанию.
Цель. Проверить, способствует ли годичная программа систематического использования казахской традиционной игры «Асық ату», встроенная в повседневную практику детского сада, значимому повышению показателей метакогнитивной регуляции и метапонимания у казахоязычных дошкольников 5–6 лет по сравнению со стандартной образовательной программой.
Выборка. 108 детей 5–6 лет (66% девочек; средний возраст 5,46 года) из четырех уже сформированных (естественных) групп детского сада в Алматы; выборка отражала обычный состав групп.
Методы. Кластерный квазиэкспериментальный анализ с предварительным и итоговым тестированием, стандартизированное игровое задание на решение проблемы с кодированием поведения по рубрике 0–1–2 (оценка метакогнитивной регуляции, диапазон 0–24), краткое рефлексивное интервью из 4 вопросов с оцениванием по шкале 0–1–2 (оценка метапонимания, диапазон 0–8), индивидуальное тестирование на казахском языке по единому протоколу с унифицированными адаптациями, статистический анализ внутригрупповых и межгрупповых различий приростов с применением t-критерия, расчетом d Коэна и уровнем значимости a = 0,05 (анализ по завершившим участникам).
Результаты. У 5-летних метакогнитивная регуляция выросла с 10,6±3,4 до 15,07±3,0 в интервенции и с 10,7±3,2 до 11,5±3,1 в сравнении (Δ=3,67; p=0,018; d=0,78). У 6-летних: 12,35±3,2 - 16,12±2,9 против 12,4±3,1 - 13,0±3,0 (Δ=3,17; p=0,041; d=0,61). Метапонимание в интервенционных группах увеличилось, но межгрупповые различия не достигли статистической значимости.
Выводы. Годичная малозатратная программа «Асық ату», встроенная в рутинную практику детского сада, обеспечивает умеренно крупные улучшения наблюдаемой метакогнитивной/саморегуляции и поддерживает использование традиционной игры как культурно чувствительного подхода к развитию метанавыков раннего решения задач.
