Аннотация
В данной статье рассматривается проблема понимания игры в современном контексте оценки качества дошкольного образования. Рассматриваются взаимосвязи между понятиями игры и обучения и ролью взрослого в организации и поддержке детской игры. Далее ставится вопрос о целесообразности инструментализации и регулирования детской игры в дошкольном воспитании и образовании (ECEC). В рамочном документе обращено внимание на важность независимой, но поддерживаемой детской игровой деятельности и на существующую тенденцию к ограничению или перенаправлению ее ценности в соответствии с оценкой заранее определенных результатов в ECEC.
