Аннотация
Образовательные кластеры сегодня популярная тема, но противоречивая, что связано с путаницей в употреблении слова «кластер» в экономике и образовании. Механизмы кластерного развития чрезвычайно привлекательны для сферы образования, однако без четкого понимания, как эти механизмы работают, как их можно задействовать для развития образования и что является продуктом деятельности кластера в этой сфере, чрезвычайно трудно унифицировать работу. Кластеры как механизм, основанный на максимальном использовании научных достижений и с обязательным обучением всех сотрудников организаций, в него входящих, должны играть гораздо большую роль в системе образования. В статье представлен опыт строительства новых систем образования, основанный на кластерной политике и сетевом взаимодействии с учетом использования «третьего места».
